Every year, we at Midgett Realty host a Homeowner’s Appreciation Reception in an effort to connect with our homeowners and keep them informed on the happenings of Hatteras Island. As you well know, with over 500 vacation rental homes in our program, the homeowners are an integral part in the business and we love hosting them on Hatteras Island! We asked various key vendors that regularly perform service on the homes to attend so they have some face-to-face time with our owners, which helps us all to stay informed and work as a team, so that we can all continue to provide the best beach vacations the Outer Banks has to offer!
