Homeowner Protections & Coverage

Midgett Realty enrolls all homes in our bed bug protection plan, covering all costs related to paid guest-moves and reimbursal, as well as home treatment if bed bugs are found in the home. We also purchase 5K of medical coverage on each paid guest, protecting our guests and owners.

No "Nickel and Diming"

Wherever possible, we try to absorb any small charges sent to you, to make your ownership experience as easy as possible. Owners will not be charged for our in-house Maintenance Tech labor up to 60 minutes every time a paying guest calls in or reports a maintenance issue that our staff is able to complete in one hour or less -- like helping guests reset the WiFi router or work the remote. Even more, we don’t charge for starter-items in the home like toilet paper and trash can liners. We’ve got it covered!

100% of our bookings are made directly through the Midgett Realty brand. This gives us an unprecedented ability to build direct relationships with our guests, maintain greater control over our reservations, and not dilute the earning potential of each property by giving away money to third-party websites.

Lead Management Tools

Our agents use industry-leading lead management tools to convert more browsers into bookers! Each home is assigned a dedicated field supervisor who will communicate directly with the owners.
