These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Sheets will be left on the beds for you. No towels are provided. Upgrades to the linen package can be made after booking via phone or through our app.

It’s all about location, as they say, and at All A Shore the central location is hard to beat with the ocean, grocery store, restaurants, and other shops just a block away, there is plenty to explore just minutes away.
The first level has three bedrooms, each with a TV. A bedroom with a bunk set and a pyramid bunk shares a full bathroom off the hall with a queen bedroom. A queen en suite bedroom is also on this level, as well as a complete laundry area. Enjoy the breeze from the shaded deck, or watch the sunset from the hot tub on the screened porch.
Upstairs is an additional queen bedroom with TV and a full bathroom off the hall. The open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar will bring everyone together for good times. Soak up some rays on the sundeck, or enjoy an island-style al fresco dinner on the second screened porch.
Walk to the beach via the subdivision path over the dunes, or have a 4-wheel-drive adventure from the beach access ramp less than a mile away. Between trips, stow your gear in the lockable storage on the entry level. Complimentary membership to the Kinnakeet Shores community pool and tennis courts is yours to use at your leisure. Your pets deserve a vacation too, so bring them along to this pet-friendly home.
From sunrise to spectacular sunset, enjoy views from the oceanside to the soundside, including the nearby pond favored by native birds. All a Shore provides a feast for your eyes and a retreat for your mind.
