    Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.
  • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
  • Gold - Seasonal

    Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Say Aloha (goodbye) to the cares of the world and Aloha (hello) to this wonderful vacation home just one lot from the oceanfront in the Summer Place community in Hatteras Village! With plenty of gathering space, ample decks this lovely home has everything you need for an unforgettable escape.

Enter the home via the covered entry into the first floor den with wet bar, TV and a full bathroom. The bedroom with one queen bed on this level is perfect to give the grandparents their own space. From the den, step out onto the shaded deck with access to the pool deck.

The middle level has two queen bedrooms, one an en suite, as well as bedroom with two pyramid bunks. The bunk bedroom and second queen bedroom share a full bathroom off the hall. The laundry area is also on this level. Take in the ocean breezes from the shaded deck with bubbly hot tub and steps down to the pool deck.

Upstairs is the open living area with TV, dining, and kitchen area with horizon ocean views. Take in the sunrise from the screened porch with picnic table, or soak up some rays on the sundeck. A king en suite bedroom and additional half bathroom are also on this level.

Spend your days working on your tan or cooling off in the private pool. Grab your fishing poles and flip flops and hit the beach just a short walk away. Charter a fishing trip from one of the nearby marinas, or take the free ferry to Ocracoke for a day of exploration. Not far from shopping, dining, and other fun activities, Aloha is your home base for Hatteras Island adventure.
