Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Description
The ground floor game room has a foosball table, as well as comfortable furniture, wet bar, and TV. The game room opens onto a covered deck, where the over-sized hot tub is located. The pool directly next to this will provide hours of sunshine-filled fun for everyone! Also on the ground level is a full bath and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a bunk set so the kids can have an escape all their own!
Three en suite bedrooms are located on the middle level - a king, a queen, and a room with two single beds and a TV. Peaceful and private, each room is a relaxing retreat after an exciting day of island adventures. The queen and single rooms open onto a spacious shaded deck where you can spend the evening catching up in the warm breeze.
Upstairs is an additional king en suite bedroom with TV, which opens onto a private ocean view balcony – great for a romantic night of stargazing under the Hatteras Island sky. The open living, dining, and kitchen area is an ideal gathering spot for family dinners and your favorite movies. An electric fireplace will keep you toasty in the off-season. The screened porch off the dining room and open deck off the living room boast beautiful ocean views over the scenic dunes. A half bath completes this level.
This carefree hiding place from the "real world" is a delightful place to cast your worries into the breeze.
