Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
The first floor game room has a wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave, great for grabbing a snack while you watch the game on the TV. Arcade-style game consoles, one featuring classic games from the 80s and 90s, and a pool table offer plenty of entertainment options for all ages, along with a second TV in the arcade area. Two queen en suite bedrooms are also on the first floor, each with a slider onto the deck. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs. A half bathroom and the laundry area complete this level.
Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area, with enough space and seating to gather the whole family together for a movie, meal, or conversation. In a secluded nook is a desk and chair. The decks on this level offer beautiful views of the ocean horizon. A king en suite bedroom opens onto the sundeck. A bedroom with two singles and another door onto the deck shares a full bathroom off the hall with a pyramid bunk bedroom. There is another door to the deck at the end of the hallway.
The rooftop sundeck is a great place to watch the sunrise over the ocean and look for shooting stars at night. If it's sunshine you're after, relax by the private pool or hang out in the bubbly hot tub on the pool deck. Take the short walk to the beach and get some sand between your toes or venture out to nearby shops, restaurants, and activities to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Use the provided pass to fish from the nearby Rodanthe pier.
