Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
Your vacation begins with ease with the elevator to all levels, easily accessible from the carport so you can unload your vehicle and have your belongings inside in a snap. Hang out in the first level game room with pool table, TV, and wet bar with full-size refrigerator and microwave. Relax in the adjacent den with TV and Wii, or enjoy a picnic lunch in the screened porch overlooking the pool. Let the kids have their own space in the pyramid bunk bedroom, which opens onto a semi-private bath with shower stall. The shaded deck off the game room is complete with a half bath for easy trips from the pool and beach.
Four spacious king bedrooms are on the middle level. Three are en suites with access to the shaded, oceanview deck, and the fourth opens onto a semi-private bath with shower stall. The laundry area is conveniently located on this level, as well. Chill out with a good movie in the oceanview den with TV, which opens onto the shaded deck, or head out to the sunlit hot tub deck where you can soak your cares away while enjoying ocean views by day and shooting stars by night.
Indulge in ocean-to-sound views from the open living, dining, and kitchen area on the top floor. Complete with breakfast nook, dual dishwashers, and extra wet bar sink, the well-stocked kitchen will keep your whole crew fueled up for vacation fun. Write about your day’s adventures at the built-in desk off the living area or step out onto the partially shaded deck where you can watch a stunning sunrise or sit back and enjoy the breeze. Sleep tight in the spacious king en suite bedroom, which opens onto the spacious sundeck. A half bath completes this level.
Make a splash in the private pool with available heat, or enjoy a cool beverage at the covered tiki bar. Take the easy sand path over the dune and spend your days playing in the waves on one of the most desirable beaches on Hatteras Island. Public sound access is a short drive away for kiteboarding and kayaking, and the kids will love the go kart track and mini-golf course nearby. From the ferry to Ocracoke to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and plenty of shopping, dining, and more, there is ample entertainment close at hand to keep the whole family happy.
