The top level has a spacious open design that includes a well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, a large breakfast bar, and opens to a dining area with a sprawling table that comfortably seats ten. The great room includes a gas fireplace for cool off-season evenings and a nearby half bath also occupies this level. Off of the living area is a king en suite bedroom, which features a TV and private bath boasting a luxurious custom shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. Oceanside sliders from the bedroom and dining area open to a sundeck with loungers, chairs, and a dining table to sit at while you’re enjoying the sunrise. At days end be amazed at the sunset on the sound side covered deck, accessed off of the kitchen.
