Flexible Stays - Seasonal

Pets Permitted
These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred. Please contact our office for more details.

Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.

Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

We offer homes with both shallow water and deep water docks. We can also arrange dockage in a local marina. Please call our reservation department at 1-800-527-2903 to find the best fit for your boat.

Description
Money In The Banks where the pristine beaches of Cape Hatteras, the Pamlico Sound, and this AMAZING beach house are all just steps away from each other! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. Located just outside the house is the new Hatteras Village Pathway which connects Money In The Banks by a nice walk or bike ride on the multi-use path to Hatteras Village.
The first-floor game room with Smart TV and DVD player will provide hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike around the pool table. Store your midnight snacks and poolside treats in the full-size refrigerator at the wet bar. A bedroom with 2 single beds shares a semi-private bathroom with shower stall with the game room. Access the shaded deck through the bedroom or game room and step down to the pool and hot tub deck. The laundry area is also located on this level.
Four en suite bedrooms are on the second level and include a king bedroom and a queen room, which both have private baths and access to the shaded deck with stairs down to the pool area. A second queen bedroom and a bedroom with two bunk sets look out onto an additional covered decks with stairs to the ground.
Upstairs is a large en suite bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and private bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub for a long, luxurious soak. The bedroom opens onto a spacious ocean view sundeck. Large windows in the open living, dining, and kitchen area with adjacent half bath let in plenty of sunlight, inviting the whole family together. Twin dishwashers make cleanup a breeze after a great meal. Kick back in front of a favorite movie on the Smart TV or curl up in front of the gas fireplace on cooler spring/fall evenings. Doors on both sides of the house open to spacious sundecks, one with an ocean view, perfect for sipping a glass of sweet tea.
Outside, you’ll love lounging in the sun and splashing in the cool, refreshing water of the private pool with heat available. Unwind in the relaxing hot tub as you soak your cares away. Get your toes in the sand and the ocean breeze in your hair with just a few steps to the beach, where the warm Gulf Stream waters call you to play. After a day of surf fishing and beach fun, clean your catch on the fish-cleaning table and cook it up on the gas grill. Your family will love the fresh seafood feast! Want to venture out a little further? Explore the Pamlico Sound in your boat, which you can dock at the provided Hatteras Estates slip.
