    These homes will gladly accept domestic, housebroken pets unless otherwise noted. Pets are not permitted on the grounds of any home not designated pet friendly. Any additional restrictions (for example, some property owners only permit dogs) will be noted in the property details. An additional pet fee could be incurred.   • Private Pool

    Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.
  • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
  • Game Room

    Please refer to the property description for the specific features provided in this home's game room.
  • Fireplace

    Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.
  • Gold - Seasonal

    Sheets provided year round. For all full week stays checking in after May 17 and before August 29, 2024 sheets and towels will be provided and beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Make your next vacation unforgettable with a stay in Sea Oats. This beautifully appointed oceanfront home features ocean views from all levels and sound views from the third floor. With plenty of space to come together and ample elbow room for the whole family, this comfortable home also welcomes your furry family members so no one has to miss out on vacation fun.

Enter on the first floor, where the game room with TV, pool table, and wet bar with full-size refrigerator will provide hours of friendly competition. A full bathroom and a half bathroom are off the game room, as well as a bedroom with two bunk sets and TV. A covered deck off the game room provides ocean views and easy beach access.

Four bedrooms on the second level each have a TV and boast ocean views plus access to the shaded hot tub deck, which wraps around nearly the entire house so you can relax in the shade all day long. Two king en suite bedrooms at either end of the hall feature TVs, Jacuzzi tubs and separate shower stalls in the bathrooms. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, each with a TV, are also on this level. The central den with deck access and TV is a great gathering spot. Two full bathrooms and the laundry room are also on this level.

The expansive top level is designed for spending time with family. Ocean-to-sound views from both inside and the large sundeck will wow you. The kitchen and dining area feature a breakfast bar and second dining table, and the living area features a cozy gas fireplace. Spend some quiet time in the king en suite bedroom with private oceanfront sundeck, his and her closets, TV, and separate Jacuzzi tub and shower stall in the bathroom.

Take a dip in the private pool or walk to the beach to spend your days in the sun. Shopping, dining, and family fun are just a short drive away. Take a charter boat off-shore for world-class fishing or hop on the free ferry to Ocracoke Island for an exciting day trip. Make some memories at Sea Oats!
