Take the steps up to the rooftop sundeck to indulge in ocean-to-sound views and stargazing by night. The spacious laundry room off the kitchen features a utility sink and ample storage space.

Down the hall are three bedrooms. The king bedroom with TV and access to a sundeck shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a queen bedroom. Across the hall is a bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds, which also opens onto the sundeck. Grab a book, board game, or puzzle from the well-stocked shelf in the hallway to enjoy in the balmy breeze. An additional full bathroom is off the hallway.

The ground level game room with TV and pool table is accessed via a separate entry under the house. Off the game room, the queen en suite bedroom with TV features a shower stall in the private bathroom. Neither the game room or queen en suite can be accessed from the interior of the house - they have their own exterior entrance. Enjoy a picnic on the covered deck off the game room area.

A private boardwalk behind the home leads to the shared sandy path over the dunes to the beach, so you can have fun in the sun any time you like. Located close to 4X4 beach access and public sound access, this is the ideal spot for the water sports enthusiast and dedicated anglers alike.
